We help older adults feel a sense of belonging while maintaining their physical health through companion walking.
Walk With Pop is rooted in the power of community and connection to alleviate isolation and loneliness. Older adults are paired with trusted and trained companions to walk and talk together in the comfort of their neighborhood.
Your safety is first and foremost. We take it very seriously. Every Companion must pass a vetted application process before they are hired. We train all qualified Companions on safety measures and common health conditions when working with older adults. If there is ever a problem, our support team is on standby.
We understand the varying levels of mobility when it comes to natural aging. Our platform is available to all adults regardless of their ability to walk. We welcome walker, cane, and wheelchair users because we believe everyone deserves the same benefits of social wellbeing regardless of physical ability.
Three times a day, every day, after each meal...that's how much Pop walked. Pop walked outside, inside, up the hill, rain or shine, even with his portable oxygen tank that he loathed in his final months. With all of the chronic health conditions he had, Pop never stopped walking for the greater good of his physical and mental health.

Our intention aside from aiding in optimal health is to restore the relationships with our beloved elders through connection, inclusion, and activity. One walk together may offer a lifetime of wisdom.
